I was surprised to find decent viewing in it's wake. Had heard that idiot Colbert was taking over, but instead my local is showing The Mentalist reruns - last night was the second episode that Morena was on - in Lebanon.
Other than if LieWitness News is on, now there is something to watch in that time slot - and finally CBS can get some decent ratings and get more than Tonight Show (which Letterman NEVER did, even against the new doofus).

I am sorry, that episode was Morena's 3rd on Mentalist. I did not know there was a second appearance in the same Erica role, look forward to seeing it eventually.

James Corden has indicated The Mentalist is nationwide, which is followed by Talking The Mentalist (hosted by James Corden) and then followed by Talking Talking The Mentalist (hosted by Reggie).

Had not seen before the episode where Vega died. Didn't know she had died, only that she wasn't in recent episodes. She was recuperating post-op in the hospital bed, then after commercial break they said she was dead. Was this some contract negotiation ploy? Seemed kinda sudden to be stabilized and then die during commercial break.

So much better than the old doofus.
I barely bother checking for LieWitness News anymore.

Well, it looks like Mentalist was getting far too high of ratings, embarrassing Doofus by being the only show to outrank Tonight Show in decades, which Doffus Letterman could never do. So Doofus needed to find somebody even more stupid than he to switch to in the time slot, and found the insipid version of CSI with retard Danson working to ruin the show (he succeeded already), and pulled that off the shelf.

Looks like the stupidest show is not scheduled in the slot now, and Blue Bloods reruns are in the slot. Again, something to watch after the news now.

After 20-some episodes of BB, which other CBS shows will do time in the slot before it becomes unwatchable again with Cole Bert.
