3. Throw out the "Hot Line" and replace with a network of smoke signalers.
4. Abolish the Dollar as U.S. currency, and replace with colored beads.
5. Ban all gavels in Congress and mandate the use of tomahawks instead.
6. Declare Tonto's (Jay Silverheels) birthday a Federal holiday.
7. Replace NOAA with rain dancers and water diviners.
8. Replace all U.S. Govt. limos with Jeep Cherokees.
