Let me state at the outset my belief that electing Donald Trump as our next president would be a complete disaster and national tragedy. Let me further state that with the continual flow of indictment news, I am cheering for Trump to be convicted and sentenced to jail time for an array of actions that certainly appear criminal. Finally, I want to admit this is an agonizing column for me to write.

However, despite my personal views on Trump, an objective and rational analysis leads me to conclude that as of now it is more likely than not that Donald Trump is our next president. Below are the reasons behind this analysis, which explain what has led me to this extraordinarily disheartening view. You will also read why I believe it is unlikely anything will change this extremely pessimistic conclusion.

Trump will be fine. He will also be your next President.

I sure hope they do.

These are states that he wasn't going to win anyhow, which means outside of Nebraska and Maine all of those electoral votes were going to anybody but Trump before the election begins, so more power to them.

Just imagine the extra support that Trump would get in red states and more importantly the swing states if California, New York and Illinois had the balls to remove him from the ballot.

Democrats couldn't be that stupid, could they?

COULD THEY?????

Good plan.

The best one I've heard.
Send it to the GoP.

GoP should work up a plan for these 3 states, plus maybe MA, to reverse the "Kaos" plan the Libtards had a few cycles ago. These states are already lost for the next election, will never vote for sensible folk.
Most of CA races are already Libtard v. Libtard. If the most radical Libtards there voted for some Bernie or Pochahontas type idiot, then if the GOP voters of the state also voted for the same, that could take away the Libtard Electoral Vote for CA. With 55 EV lost, Libtards would not win the White House.
If neither party won majority of EV, then the House would Elect the President. And The House has not had more than 21 State Congregations with Libtard majority in a very long time. Each State Congregation gets 1 vote. The GoP would win, unless RINOs vote again for the Libtard.

I have not heard of such a sweeping and winning strategy in a long time. Local races should still go to the reasonable candidate, keeping The House with GoP majority, but the top of the ticket should go to the Libtard who won't winn nationwide.

I forget which of these states have closed voting - can only vote for the same party down the whole ticket. Only applying to the General Election (WI allows General Election voting across party lines, but Primaries are Closed).
Primaries would not matter much - any local race with only one reasonable candidate vying could throw all of their votes to the statewide Libtard.

Seems like a good plan.
