This is all intentional. They want chaos down there all the way up until election day. They'll get to stuff the ballot boxes with harvested mail-in fraud ballots in the big cities while the people on the outskirts and in more rural areas who had their lives ruined still haven't picked the pieces a month from now and the last thing on their minds is voting.
