Only, that's not what happened. Not in the real world,at least. Maybe in your twisted little skull...

Better yet, someone should throw the fight, then shoot the motherfucker, claiming they were afraid for their life.

Oh this is delightful, this is exactly the kind of depraved social trainwreck that gives me sustenance.

I will laugh SO HARD if Zimmerman backs out. And if they fight it'll be a horrific spectacle of the most awful parts of human nature.

Trayvon Martin is gone, it's sad, but the world moves on. And if the world moves on for the worse - which is probably inevitable, or at least that's my experience - then it might as well go down in flames and fireworks. Give us some light to appreciate in the darkness and all.

If there needs to be justice for Trayvon Martin, it can be that George Zimmerman chooses to make a damn fool of himself.

I'm disappointed, in a way that makes me feel sad about my own worse nature. It's pretty much the worst way to be disappointed.

I choose to blame Zimmerman for this.

Now that he's gathered us all together, shouldn't he continue the hand?

Must be other boxing promoters around.

CNN anchor Don Lemon also spoke out against the event:
"I'm sure like DMX, George Zimmerman needs a gimmick
for a quick buck. But that buck should not be made on
the back of a dead teenager. I, for one, will be stand-
ing my ground by having no part in the DMX/George
Zimmerman circus act, if it does happen," Lemon said.

Goodbye, kind world (George Monbiot) - In common with all those generations which have contemplated catastrophe, we appear to be incapable of understanding what confronts us.

I truly didn't think I could despise Georgie any more than I already do - but the guy's got a point. Georgie is looking to cash in on the back of a dead unarmed teenager. I think I just threw up in my mouth a little bit.

I knew he'd do Anything for a buck, and most especially if
there's any notoriety to be had with it.

Yet it didn't occur to me that he was profitting from the
TM killing until Lemon said so. ... duuhhhh.
.
.

Of course ... I was really hoping to see him get smashed.

I knoooow, it was so trashy, and demonstrated exactly the kind of scum Zimmerman is. I live for those moments and would have gladly paid money to cement his status as a terrible human being.

And now that has been denied to me because other people actually have the decency to try to put a stop to Zimmerman's self-destructive cycle and the awful profiteering. :( The saddest face. Just so sad.

SANFORD - What they'll be fighting over: Their two dogs,
who pays the divorce lawyers and who pays for the $2.5
million or more in debt they've racked up.

I wonder who his role model was.

Video interview:

George Zimmerman: God is 'the only judge that I have to answer to'
http://www.cnn.com/2014/02/17/justice/george-zimmerman-interview/

He addresses the public misconception: No one knows who he really
is = Good person

On topic, his Art Work:

"But aside from the possible financial boost, Zimmerman said one
painting -- a portrait depicting Special Prosecutor Angela Corey
and slamming the U.S. judicial system -- had a deeper purpose.

"It was a creative, tangible forum to show my inner thoughts, my
inner feelings. ... It provided a tremendous release for me."

A piece of art that I create with my hands and mind feels good,
satifying, maybe a release. An existing picture, scanned onto the
computer & modified with graphics software doesn't have anywhere
near that sort of emotional reward.

I still don't think it was computer generated. The other picture he did, maybe, but I think the background effect on this one would be a lot easier to make in real life than on a computer - I think what he did was paint one colour, let it dry, then painted another colour over it and used his hands to smear it around.

You could well be right, Byte. Without the painting in front
of my face, I can't really tell if it was done on the computer
and printed, or is actual paint, oil or acrylic, on a canvas or
canvas board. It does look like the background was done 1st,
then the head, shoulders & hand traced onto it and painted in
nearly flat colors.

The theme, this much respect for the justice system, quoting
the subject of his wrath, is certainly appropriate if a) he was
charged with a crime instead of given a medal, or b) he's a
perennial blamer. Corey charged him; the jury acquitted him;
he chose not to have the public defender, and is now deeply
in dept. It's all the fault of Corey and The System.

The AP is in the wrong, too. They should pay him for immort-
alizing their photo.

And now, the man who once aspired to become a police officer tells CNN he's hoping to go back to school and pursue a career as a lawyer "to stop the miscarriage of justice."

"I'd like to professionally ... continue my education and hopefully become an attorney," he said. http://newday.blogs.cnn.com/2014/02/17/george-zimmerman-speaks-out/
