Personally, it looks to me as though he snubbed her and she got upset about it. Now she knows firsthand that what the law is does not matter. And MAGA has shown her how Trump uses them to punish anyone who doesn't show him 100% loyalty. She just found out, if she didn’t already know, she is there to always do and say what he wants.
