But at what price?

The Operative was cool
yet Parliament’s fool.

Why is it that some Sci-Fi fans see authoritarianism as a way OUT of Human frailty, and others see it as a serious constriction to Human individuality?

Why do Left and Right both strive for similar goals in the name of 'FREEDOM' when neither really want it?

Is our U.S. Constitution just a god-damned piece of paper at this point*?

I respect your late night rant Chris.

If I were a robot, I would be slow at saying "tu-shae" or however it's pronounced, because I would be balls deep in a paradox that would eventually short circuit my wiring.

I do have to say that the more and more comfortable I get with my current life, and the more I become accustomed to being able to survive on nothing that I seem to be leaning far more to the left than I did when I made a lot of money.

At the same time, where I once TOTALLY FEARED 1984 because of its horrible similarities to modern life 60 years after it was written, the only thing I really fear about it now is that I'm one that's just laid back and said "fuck it..... I Love Big Brother"....

I'd like to further extrapolate on that, that is... to drag it out and milk it for all it's worth.... but at the end of the day, maybe I'm not all that un-fond of Big Brother.

Where I once was strong, I now am weak.

Where I once thought for myself and lived by a code set fourth by my childhood influneces (however flawed they might have been), I now accept government benefits.

I'm a discrace to my 23 year old self.....

One can only hope that in the future of the the Orwellian universe that Time Travel becomes a reality.

It would only be fitting that the Iron Toed shit-kickers I wore while building garages at 19 years old were the same ones that stomped on my face for the rest of eternity.

The saddest thing in the world to me, is when a truly good person stops caring.

I'm seriously doing my best to drink and smoke and text my 160+ and un-educated brain into mindless oblivion nearly every second I'm not working to pay the bills or sleep in between.

I'm on about 12 different forums now. It's exhausting keeping up with the personas to do such a thing believably, but luckly on at least 4 of them they're answering questions I would have asked somebody already.

Exhausting is the point....
