I hope everyone who is within 200 miles of a Can't Stop the Serenity screening plans to attend.
The first screening was tonight (Thurs) in Minneapolis. The rest will begin tomorrow night (Fri) and continue all weekend.
Then there will be follow-up screenings in July in Houston & Austin, Texas. As well as all our friends Down Under.
I believe Atlanta will bring up the rear with their September showing.

Thing is, I've seen organizers in all of the participating cities work tirelessly for months and months to bring you the best event possible. And by "you", I mean the entire fandom. And these folks do it out of love -- 'cause that's the only thing that keeps her in the air.
I hope that when the time comes, the fandom will return that love ten-fold.
Together we've proven that Browncoats can make a difference. We've raised over $160,000 from just an idea born from a Portland movie theater.

Thank you Stoweaway! We are thrilled to also be having a performance by Cedric of the Bedlam Bards in the theater before the movie starts, plus Auction, Drawing, and swag you can purchase outright!! FUN will ensue.

Our theater serves real meals and Beer.

Costumes are encouraged, please come with empty holster (the theater is attached to a shopping mall we do not want mass hysteria). And if you have the threat of wardrobe malfuction secure that sari in place (yes I really have to say that)

The first CSTS screening in Raleigh NC Sunday night was a blast. Costume contest, raffle for cool prizes, swag for sale etc. Another showing tonight.
