Keeping order in every verse

Hi guys. I'm in the process of arranging a screening in Warrington,UK. I'm a bit of a novice at organising anything more than a piss-up, so I'm looking for help and suggestions.How do I tie it in with Equality Now for example.I have a venue lined up and have managed to gain some concessions from the cinema in question, but I feel a little out of my depth. I would love the North west of England to join the Browncoat Community but I need some help from some more experienced organisers.Please give this Browncoat some assistance. Let's be bad Guys!!!

Have you been over to www.cantstoptheserenity.com to get signed up? That's the first & most important step.
You may find some support here on the forum. But if you're city doesn't have an established Browncoat community, then the best way to drum up interest is to hit the street with a flyer. Hang it up at comic/hobby shops, coffeeshops, libraries, anywhere folks congregate or sit a spell. Browncoats are bound to see it eventually.
You could also appeal to your local media to give you a shout-out. That's a fast way to reach lots of people at once.
There's lots of veteran organizers at cantstoptheserenity.com who can make better suggestions than me. I recommend you pop over there for some sage advice.
