Yanno what's good ta do with leftovers? Put a pie crust in the oven and half bake it (sprinkle with sea salt and butter or egg wash if you like extra tastier steps) then put mashed potatoes in the bottom, a veggie you like (we use peas) a layer of turkey (put it in the microwave with a little butter and parsley and mix first) than put your favorite cheese on it and bake the rest of the way-(may dribble with whatever gravy or alfredo). Sprinkle with parmesan.

At our house the day AFTER Thanksgiving is Tasty Day.

Also, a Hot Brown makes a wonderful weekend breakfast. I like the recipe for the sauce that has whipping cream and parmesan in it.

Just made a vegan cream of mushroom soup to use in the green bean casserole. It smells better than the canned stuff I used to use. It would make a good mushroom gravy, too.

Mashed potatoes, baby peas, carrots (cooked in the baster with the Tofurky), sauteed mushrooms, crescent rolls, and brownies for dessert.
