Hey guys!

Anyone check out the latest issue of Entertainment Weekly? They covered the Top 50 Shows on DVD, and Firefly wasn't listed. Outrageous! I sent off a letter registuring my displeasure. If everyone on these boards does so, one of the letters might be published and we'd have a nice little forum to draw attention to the greatness of this show.

Dear EW:

Your list on the top 50 TV shows on DVD seems a little sparse, given that there was no room for the 12-episode DVD release of 'Firefly', Joss Whedon's woefully short-lived experiment in genre fusion. Though it lasted just eight weeks, Firefly struck a chord with fans, sparked a crusade to save it (prompting a $3000 Variety add and general outcry from the online sci-fi/nerd community) and helped sell a script to Universal for a Serenity movie. All that, and Firefly doesn't even rate as a cult DVD favorite? You gotta be gorram kidding me.
