Pay-per-View/prepaid webcast to subscribers?

Two options:
1: Through the Pay-per-view channel
Could be high initial and ongoing overhead cost
Has established name, advertising system.

2: Pay-per-webcast: Get money through PayPal,... ahead of time, beam episode to payer directly//= allow payer's web address access to webcast show [at Friday 8pm?]
Requires programmer
Could start small if other episodes ready to show
Could run beside network broadcast.

Could either work?
