Hey, everybody!

I know it's profoundly disappointing that Firefly's fate is still so uncertain, but we can't let UPN's financial embarrassment discourage us. We all know how committed Joss is to seeing Firefly on the air again and I still believe he's got enough clout to see it done.

We've got to keep up the postcard campaign! Everyone who sent postcards to UPN must send postcards to Sci-Fi. I don't care how discouraged you are it costs next to nothing and it just might create a stir. We could be the Timex Watch of fanbases, the Energizer Bunnies of loyal viewers. Hey, I know, lets send them some watches!

Anyway, I've been reading some posts that sound like folks are hanging it up and going home and I had to say something. Firefly is like no show I've ever seen, to me it's much closer to something like Judging Amy even than Star Trek. It's a serious grown-up show in a lot of ways and there is a place for serious grown-up shows on TV. And Joss is still looking for that place! What does it cost us to stay faithful?

May have been the losing side. Still not convinced it was the wrong one.

I sent off 10 postcards on Saturday and dropped another dozen this morning.

Hope everyone else is getting those postcards in the mail!!!
