Weren't their supposed to be more eps?

Did I misread a report or interview online that said that FOX had purchased 3 more eps after the inital dozen? Is there any chance these were actually made? If so, when might we see them air?

Hoping to hear the good word from someone out there.

Yes there are 3 unseen episodes. No idea when they will be shown. If sci-fi, or some other net, picks the show up, i will assume that they will show the original episodes, inc. the 3 unaired ones, as they begin production on new eps.

if not, i suspect that you will have to wait for a firefly dvd to be released.

Course, fox could play them to fill in slots if something gets cancelled, etc. Doubtful, IMHO.

Thanks for responding. I was beginning to think my brain had made it up out of wishful thinking. No one I've talked to in person had seen the same item.

While I don't hold much hope for FOX airing the 3 unseen eps, I can't help but wish for it at the same time.

Don't you wish we could Jayne to talk some sense into them?

If no one else buys the show, Fox will probably show them over the summer.

May have been the losing side. Still not convinced it was the wrong one.

I doubt Fox will show them. They claim they will, and they have bought the episodes, but as of yet, there is no word when they will air.

Personally I hope that Sci Fi picks up Firefly, then they can start airing episodes from the 2 hour pilot "Serenity" all the way through and including the 3 unseen episodes. That would buy the cast and crew time to reorganize and get some shooting done on the next season.
