ok, i have to say i really enjoyed this week's point pleasant. it felt so much less oc-ish and i finally felt really invested in the show. hopefully it will keep getting better! if only ben edlund could write every ep and marita grabiak could direct every ep...although i'm trusting that marti's future eps will be an improvement on the premiere...

I agree. This episode was a huge improvement over the first two. I wish Ben Edlund could write all of them, too. NOW I'm really interested in continuing to watch the show. I loved how Ben snuck in the two subtle jokes near the beginning of the ep, even though the show is clearly not intended to be comedic. He is a fantastic writer. And yes, Marita can definitely direct.

I'm definitely looking forward to seeing how it develops from here.
