"DST let us see the new Firefly figures too but alas, didn't let us take photos of them. They'll be out in September around the time the movie comes out. The figures will be Mal, a Mal variant, Jayne, a Jayne variant and something else that I don't know what it was...and since I didn't read the script...I can only speculate. It was some kind of monster."

As one who saw the movie, I know what the 'monster' would be, if they are infact doing them from the movie. I really wish we would get a Zoey or River though...

Just letting everyone know, DST have been doing the latest Buffy toys (Willow, Anya, Tara, Spike, Darla) for around a year now, and they do GREAT sculpts! Tons of accessories, and the actors look JUST like they should.

May have been the losing side. Still not convinced it was the wrong one.

Looks like they do pretty good jobs. I don't know if I'll actually buy any action figures though.

Maybe a minature Serenity that could go on my desk would be nice.

The trading cards will be available from Inkworks so I imagine the toys will be marketed in the UK as well. And we know there are novels to come the year after and looks like comics too! Oh shiny, shiny 'verse...

It might be nice to credit the person who wrote the description of the toys - it is the woman who runs pixelbarrel.com. She sells a lot of great stuff there. I can say that since I'm not even related to her! She was very upset that she couldn't take pictures of what she saw 'casuse she wanted to share with us

I have a Back to the Future Delorean, a Lost in Space Robot, an X-wing, hell, I even got me a Firefox, but I tell ya, a big ol' Serenity would take the center stage with my stuff!
I'd rather not, but I'll make my own from scratch if I got to!
Are ya with me?
Shiny.
