The Doctor (Tom Baker well, not Tom Baker but John Culshaw) rings up the Brigadier (Nicholas DeCourtney) for Dead Ringers (BBC Radio 4)

I think under current US copyright laws, if you killed someone by, say, running them over or shooting them in your house "in good faith" that they were breaking in, you'd probably get a lighter sentence than if you break the law and download the episodes. It's good to know our governments have their priorities sorted.
