A New Fan's Tribute to Firefly, & DVD release question

To Everyone Associated With Firefly:

By shear luck I saw a small piece on the Firefly
TV series in a local newspaper just before the
final airing of "Serenity"! I decided to watch,
and became totally hooked, even though I am very
picky about TV shows. Later, I was able to get
a full set of VCD episodes through other fans
on the net. After finishing the episodes, all
I can say is that I am both sorry and very upset that FOX botched the PR and time slot for this show and pulled the plug. By the time I had viewed "Out of Gas" I knew that Firefly had real potiential, and by the time I saw "Objects in Space" I knew that something special was going
on. I hope that Joss is somehow able to pull
something off with this show to get it back
where it belongs on TV.

To other fans, please go to the site and vote for
a Firefly season DVD set (with the 3 unaired
episodes) and see if there are other ways we can
support some sort of return to the airwaves!

Does anyone know what the chances of a DVD series release are at this point?

Joss still hasn't given up on the SERIES as far as we know, let alone the DVDs. They said pretty strongly they will get a DVD set out almost no matter what :)

Download em(P2P program, I used iMesh, beware spyware). Check the DVDs post for info on getting a set from him, if he still has any.
