'Lish:

Well, considering the list o' cities:

The cities to be hit are:

Seattle
Austin
Sacramento
Boston
Altanta
Chicago
San Francisco
Las Vegas
Denver
The Portland of Oregon

...the nearest to me would be Denver, and that would be something like 10 hours away. Haven't I mentioned that I live at "the corner of No and Where"?

Still, I guess 20 hours really isn't all that far to drive round-trip to see 2 hours of Serenity. But if I get there and all the tickets are gone, somebody in that line is gonna get dragged into an alleyway and get 'misadventured' ("Let's be bad guys", heh-heh). I'll just walk up and down the queue until I hear someone talking about politics...

Seriously, though, I could see going to Kansas City or Oklahoma City; but, Denver and Austin are just too damn far. Looks like I'll be waiting for September with everyone else from Back East.

Sadly,

zoid

P.S.
I'm with Joss on the whole "...I'm 'perspiring' and becoming 'interested in girls', which believe me is very unsettling..." thing, too. Working with the female cast of Firefly, I only wonder what took him so long? I'd be a blithering idiot the moment Morena walked on the set. No, seriously: I'm still a 13-year old that way. A beautiful woman totally disconnects my higher brain functions; it's downright embarassin'...

And if someone whose initials are JW would like to fly me to the theatre they're planning to sneak into, I won't say no and I promise I'll be a good boy (as long as aforementioned female cast is not present, in which case all bets are off). That's my fantasy; what's yours?

Why did I think you lived in Seattle? Discuss.

Because in your mind's eye I'm 'grungy'? Am highly caffeinated? Have a soul patch? Have a rainy weather disposition?

I'll have you know I do not have a soul patch...

And apparently nobody can get tickets at any of the announced theaters. But I'm still up for 'reaving' any political commentators standing in the entry lines. Now that we've seen the trailer, we should have some costume designs for our raiding party. And I've heard that wannabe pols taste like chicken, although their skins are way too thin to make decent clothing from...
