Theater is making 60 new seats available for the sold out 6/23 Phoenix screening of Serenity. The tickets will go on sale tomorrow (June 14th) once the box office opens and be available at the theater and online at Fandango.com"

I assume tickets will actually be on Movietickets.com where they always have been, not Fandango. The box office should open at around 9:30am, but no telling when online sales will open up.

OK, that's all well and good. I'm just wondering how they can sell 60 more tickets to a sold out show... I guess by moving it to a larger theatre.....? But then, why weren't they using that in the first place?

In thinking about it, this probably came about because a number of people called last Thursday morning before tickets went on sale and were told they would not be sold until the 14th. The theater was very appologetic about the mix up, and this would appear to be their way of making good. I've always felt Harkins is one of the classiest of theater chains.

I haven't seen the link go blue yet. But we could miss that pretty easily. More imporatantly, I haven't seen anyone post that they have bought tickets yet. The box office should be open now, if anyone is close enough to go there in person.

When I called the box office there weren't any tickets as well. I wonder if someone was in line and bought them up to sell on eBay.
