PS I just checked flights (see, I do wanna come) but I don't think I can do it unless you live real close to Luton or Stanstead or someone wants to pick me up from the airport

ok, I will talk to my other half when he gets home

we found a flat today (hoorah) and we don't have to pay any estate agent fees (moving in Holland is very expensive - 3 months rent generally) so we saved around £700.

If we aren't moving that weekend I reckon I might be able to come over on the Saturday and fly back on the Sunday but I can't promise...

But a word of explanation: Pan - welcome. Serenity 2 refers to the Stafury Convention being held this November ( www.starfury.co.uk). Many hundreds of posts ago, a thread was started to talk about the con - guests, who was going etc. Well, to be honest we ran out of "real" things to discuss a while back so now we just chatter aimlessly - doesn't make a lot of sense much of the time, but we reckon it's a great way of getting to know people.

In the "old days" only people going to the con used to post in the Serenity 2 threads - now it's pretty much a free for all! We generally start a new thread once we reach 100 posts - so keep a look out for anything with Serenity 2 or Squared in the title.

(Ooh, just hit 5000 posts on my website.Yay me!)
