there are people who are avoiding watching the trailer in order to avoid being spoiled for any part of the movie...
but I notice that you failed to put *SPOILER*
in the title of this thread...

not that you are the only one, there is a spoiler photo in the Blue Sun Room that I don't think should be there until after Sept 30th

That's a huge spoiler right in the title of this thread. Geez folks.

Can we at least try to be a little sensitive of other people here? If I hadn't seen one of the advance screenings this really would have ticked me off. I wouldn't watch any of the trailers to avoid spoilers just like this.

Can a mod delete this thread or something?

In the poster's defense, I think we need a unified definition of "spoiler". There are a lot of things being referred to as "spoilers" that I would only call "teasers". A teaser should make you think "I wonder what's happening/going to happen" whereas a spoiler actually tells you what happened. A snippet of River assaulting Simon should make you want to watch all the more, dying to know "why?". That's a teaser, imho. Something that reveals why she's doing it, that's a spoiler for sure.

P.S. The same thing goes for most of the BDM pics folk have posted.

The original poster should be able to edit their title - best do it quick before the lynch-mob turns up!

I really do appreciate that some people want to remain 100& spoiler free and I admire those who've managed to resist watching the trailers some people do seem to take this "spoiler" thing a little too far. Some pictures, quotes are best left unseen. Others really don't give away much at all. Having said that, I'll agree that this particular question probably does fall into the "I didn't want to know that" category.

I'd like to take this position to apologize for the 'spoiler' I posted in the Blue Sun Room. I was unaware that people were considering trailer content spoilers. I was also unaware that people were abstaining from viewing the trailers for that very reason. I myself am a 'spoiler-avoider' in the sense of what has been seen in the pre-screenings and sincerely apologize for anyone who has been dissapointed/upset by my post(s).
