Bear in mind that Emma did ask the evil Doctor about her bowel difficulties. I now think I can guess at the cause.

Actually, anyone in need of a good problem solving?

Fray-ooh, I forgot to mention pineapple! I love pineapple in a pizza! Now I am REALLY craving pizza and I've been trying so hard to be a good girl and stick to my diet. The cookies this morning didn't help, though.

I got it out of the 'Finding Serenity' book. It's great, ain't it?

I prefer still water.

I like (wait for it) Marmite and peanut butter sandwiches. A friend introduced me to them and they are strangely tasty.

But too much Marmite is bad. It has a very strong taste, so it's best to spread it fairly thin... Of course, for some people "very thin" means "not on my bread, you bastard". That's fine with me; I get the Marmite, they can have the broccoli, the weirdoes.

I don't often have crisps. But I like big bags of cheesy Doritos.

I don't have salt on chips. Or anything, actually. Vinegar, though, is a must, as is mayo.

Love tuna melts. That's just the way it is.

XL - your initiation is to provide us with photographic evidence of you and a famous Edinburgh landmark.

Or, alternatively, a short poem about Edinburgh sauce.

Damn - did anyone think to save Rel some Doritos from the Shindig?!

I must be one of those rare people who just "likes" marmite - I gather you're supposed to love it or hate it, but I really don't feel that strongly about it.

Ham & pineapple pizza - the classic. Went to what is supposed to be about the best pizza place in NYC and they had just about eveything on their menu EXCEPT ham & pineapple. Maybe that's a "tourist" pizza that the afficianados don't agree with?

And erm, I actually went through a faze where I loved tuna melts. With Worcester Sauce...

Okay, well here goes:

Water: either. But my favourites are Fuji (still) and san pelligrino (sparkling)

Marmite: Never

crisps: Don't eat them hardly ever, but very fond of rippled ones. Or pringles. I'll eat any flavour but am partial to sour cream and onion or BBQ. Also, with french onion dip. Yum.

chips: Don't eat them very often, either. But when I do, it's normally plain, no salt, or with honey mustard if I can get it. I do like vinegar, but you usually can't get it in the US. I'd never dream of putting mayo on fries (I mean, chips). Ick. I used to eat them with ranch dressing, though. That's yummy.

Tuna Melts: Don't eat tuna. Never had one.

There are my answers. Very American.

Water: what you pass through ground coffee beans to obtain the One True Drink.

Marmite: an ancient Turkish soldier, right?

crisps (chips): salt & vinegar, O yes.

chips (fries): fried with the skins still on, light salt, lots O ketchup

tuna melts: Yum. The cats get the scrapings.

Hot damn - that ones good.

Best I could come up with:

Thus goes the ballad of Captain Tightpants,
On whose travels met many assailants,
He jumped from a horse,
revealed his crack so coarse,
and right royally scared the inhabitants!

And that is why you don't ask an Engineer to write poetry! Anywhere in particular you fancy me dropping this piece of go se!
