a pub has been suggested as a meeting place - the fountain on dundee street as a pre-premiere venue and the pleasure dome as a post-premiere venue

from what i can see on the other boards - there's some people dressing up in costume, some people dressing up in appropriate homage and i'm sure people will come in casual too - whatever's comfy for you i guess

Evening all - The foutain ain't too bad a pub - but for my money I'd choose the pub across the road, its called McGowans and does a nice ale, plus it's much bigger and the food aint too bad. It is also able to validate your parking if any folks are able to drive to fountainpark. The pleasance dome sounds ok and doesn't kick out till late. With the festival on Edinburgh is packed so there is no shortage of venues.

Just a wee bit of info for the troops...

Best £7.95 I'm ever going to have spent.
