Okay, no disrespect to any of you, cuz' you know I LURVE you all to pieces. But there's this one cleaning lady that comes on Fridays. She was gone over the summer so I forgot about her, but she drives me crazy. Most of the other cleaning ladies are considerate; they'll knock if my office door is shut or ask if it's a good time to come in and vacuum (hoover?). She just plows on in, making all kinds of racket and I have to get up and get out of her way, even if I'm in the middle of something. And she does a sloppy job. She's British and I highly suspect her of being a chav. I think they're starting to immigrate to the US! Argh.

If rant you must, it seems to me one's web site is a perfect place for doing it. I read and agree with your words, for whatever that's worth. The problem, methinks, isn't just with out-of-control Browncoats, it's with out-of-control people in general. The fandom scene draws people of all sorts, but especially those who seem to attach way too much personal importance to the scene.

Tea is certainly nice ... a good herbal with a drop or two of honey, certainly. I do use cream and a tiny bit of sugar in my regular hot tea, though.

But coffee. Nirvana. Nectar of the gods. The first fist-sized rock tools were for breaking up coffee beans, and fire was discovered for the sole purpose of heating up water and pouring that through aforementioned beanage.

I become distressed if there arises too much blood in my coffeestream.
