Hey Shiny Peeps!

On August 31st, this coming Wednesday, Denver will get a regional screening of Serenity! The screening is at 7:00 pm at The Cherry Creek 8 Theater at 3000 E 1st Avenue, in the Cherry Creek Mall.

The shiny-est part is that Universal has sent us free passes, each pass admits 2 people into the screening with the understanding that the passes go to Browncoats that will actually show up and fill the seats. Please note that a pass doesn't guarantee admission. I know it’s short notice but if you would like to attend please follow the instructions below.

Send an e-mail to me, Moon , at MileHighShindig@yahoo.com, note that this is a new e-mail addy. In the e-mail please give me your name and the name of your guest. If you are attending solo, please let me know so we can pair you with another Browncoat. You will receive a confirmation e-mail back. Passes are first come first served until we have no more.

The theater has said that we can begin lining up at 5:00 pm. We’ll be there at 4:00 pm to hand out the passes and take names for a place in line. That way you can wander around and return at 5:00 pm for line up. It’s the same procedure used at the LA and NY screenings and it worked great.

Damn. I have to work that day and i don't get off until at least 6:30pm and that's on a really, really slow day. There would be no way for me to make it. Bummer.

Oh well only 32 more days till it's actually released. I think i can wait it out....hopefully.

All the other Mile Highers enjoy! I'll see ya Sept 30th
