Have to admit, it was a proud moment when someone other than a member of your family ordered something!!

CMS

I was joking, mucking around, taking the proverbial piss

as people here who know me at all will know

i have my own fears, spiders, ladders and old people being my main 3.

if i was being serious i certainly wouldnt have used a word like sissy. yes im passionate about blood donation and organ donation for that matter. but im not blinkered enough to know that some people wont, cant and dont want to donate either. but ive sat on the side of the fence where chloe nearly died because they didnt have her blood type anywhere near and it had to be flown by helicopter from the top most end of the UK (and i live at the bottom end) so, yes im sorry for being passionate about it, but i wasnt being serious with what i said.

I knew you weren't serious!

Am I being snarky? I'm sorry! Seriously pmsing over here.

I just feel really guilty about not having the guts do donate. I tried really hard once after 9/11, but I just couldn't do it.

On a happier note: I bought these new peppridge farm cookies called Whims. They're little flat cripsy chocolate chip cookies and they're pretty tasty.

And here's an even happier note (much as I love how everyone's using the word "snarky" - have just across it in not one, but two Angel essays!):

http://www.livejournal.com/community/firefly_daily/26907.html

Mmmm, I'm gonna be making some seriously yummy wallpaper with these shots! (PR - control yourself!!). Although, grumble, grumble, where are the shots of the boys????!!

Aaargh! Yooowwwzaaaaah!
Mmmm mmmm.... gotta love our sexy BDHs.

Though I love them all, gotta say that the unseen group photos and Morena's came out the best (expression, lighting etc. -wise).

I'll be in my bunk.

No actually I take that back. I love them all... especially Summer's first solo one. Though she's got the whole rachel bilson thing going on there... i'm mean summer... i mean rachel... i mean river....

i'm confused.

Hmmm, yeah the 2nd & 3rd ones of Morena are very nice - she looks more natural (well, as natural as anyone that stunning can look) than the others.

But check out that tease Miss Glau, flaunting herself over poor Nathan. He must have been mortified!!!

( so, get "River" & Summer" confused - but then so does Sean Maher so we're in good company)

Funnily enough, I do actually have a proper "Fray" t-shirt now! Quite shiny if I do say so myself.....!

Lol!

There you go, Fray, your next shirt design. A frayed Fray shirt. Purposefully ragged around the edges. It'd have to be a River shirt, obviously, what with all the rampant metaphores.

I wear my shirt probably once a week, Fray, if it makes you feel better. I like to wear it on Fridays when Firefly is on SciFi so it can see it's peeps. lol. Not cheeky to ask at all!

Oh, and I ROCK!!!

You know why? Because I had a big long list of stuff to do before I left and I got it all done with a half hour to spare! Woot!

I hope I don't explode from excitment on the drive to Atlanta.

Yup. The most wealthy nation on the planet gets a white sock with ears (called Lamb Chop) and we get the class and sophistication of Basil Brush. Although they did invent Sesame Street... but then it was us Brits who paid for the Muppet Show... hmmm.

In conclusion, cheating is bad. Richard Baseheart is good.

Now, Larry the Lamb...

Oh, how I loved Sesame Street! Not when I was a child of course, when I was old enough to realise all the subversive in-jokes!

14 minutes. Argh. I can't wait.

No clue who Basil Brush is, but I was a nanny for a family that gave all the baby's stuffed animals British names. There was Basil the Bee and Rupert the Dog and Fergie the butterfly and many many others.

Way to Google, Spinny.

I still love Sesame Street, even though they ruined it with Elmo and Baby bear and whoever else is on it nowadays. But the good old days..sigh. I remember watching the episode when Mr. Hooper died. That was my "Where you you when man stepped on the moon" experience. I learned so much from Sesame street. I even own Cookie monster and Oscar the Grouch undergarments, I love them so much.

Oh yes, Mr Hooper (bows head)...and of course when Luis knocked Maria up - shocking! Oh they were married, weren't they? That's OK then.

I loved Elmo when he first came into it (boy, did he score with the ladies! Jamie Lee Curtis, Julia Roberts!), then they revamped it and opened up that new section with the Dance School - all down hill after that.

I remember watching Sesame Street as a kit, ayup--only, of course, because my sisters were watching it so it was the only thing on. I was much too cool to be watching it by choice. Ditto for The Electric Company.

But on the plus side I've got my new car and Graphics Tablet.

And my new cars a black seven seater vaukhall zafira with AirCon CD-player and Electric windows... Much better than the Nissan Micra that style forgot...
Though driving a car that large when being used to a Micra is, erm, and experience...
Took me three attempts to park it out side my house...

Have seen that site before - very cool stuff! But haven't actually bought anything so that doesn't really help, does it?!

As Jaina can testify, I now have enough Serenity themed clothing to see me through Serenity2! Ooh, plus my funky (non-frayed) Fray t-shirt - hey, better than a badge with my name on, right?!
