New FF fan here!

I absolutely love Alan (Wash), I love his eyes and smile especially. I cannot wait until Serenity comes out, I have seen the previews and it looks awsome!

Thanks for all the nice warm welcomes

Yes, I am too a Harry Potter fan...I have read all the books and seen all the movies thus far.

And how did I find out about Firefly...well, I chat with a bunch of Stargate fans/crazies on MSN and a couple of them watch Firefly and they happened to drag me into the vortex, although I do not mind now that I have found a cutie on the show

Also, a friend of mine (whom will prolly sign up here in the future) has the series on DVD..she too got hooked the same way as I did.

Now, a little about me...I currently reside in Rapid City, South Dakota (home of the Black Hills and Mt. Rushmore) and will be 25 in a month.

well there was a Walsh on Buffy but not firefly.

Plus this is a spoiler free thread. So not talking about ANY movie details! Well you can say if you liked it or not. But no specifics on any of the characters or plot lines. So if you want to tell the whole world that Mal sneezed blue smurfs in scene 34 than wait until after the movie releases.
