I'm not good at judging peoples shirt size. So any help would be appreciated. Those of you that have seen him more up close may have some ideas. Help is appreciated.

I'd say a med or large --

6 ft 4? are you sure - he sure didn't seem that tall to me- and he's was -- well not scrawny but certainly not over muscular either....

He seemed pretty darned tall to me! But then I'm very short.

But I'd stick with the x-large to be on the safe side.

(IMDB says 6ft4).

I gave Adam a t-shirt at Dragon*Con, which he wore later the same weekend. XXL. Not as tight as the shirts he wore on the show but not overbig either.

Yeah, he is very tall, and broad shouldered,
but he usually wears his t-shirts kinda tight.

One thing, he said during a Q&A that he held onto a lot of his Jayne shirts thinking they might be wanted for continuity on some future Firefly/Serenity show...

May have been the losing side. Still not convinced it was the wrong one.

Adam should take an XL. He & I are the same height, 6'3" as he stood as tall as I did at Dragon Con.

I'm 6'-3", without Mr. Baldwin's chest/shoulders.

I routinely wear an XL, but some brands are smaller than others and a bit tighter than I'd like. Can you give him 2--XL and XXL and let him choose? If he needs the XXL, he can always pass on the XL to someone.

Adam is 6'4" - 6'5" and lean.

IMHO, XL would be perfect.

I gave him my "Let's Be Bad Guys" shirt at D*C, and he said an XL was perfect.
