Hi everyone!
Guess what?! I **finally** saw Serenity last at the final advanced screening in Glasgow!

So lots of Ooooooooooooooh.... and aaaaaah.... and errrrrrr.... and hmmmmmmm.... and that's a bit.... and nooooooooooooooo!... and eeeeeeeeek!... and yaaaaaay!... and aaaaaaaah... and squeeeeee! on my brain right now.

And my comics (Jayne, Book and River covers) arrived today as I got home, so I can pour through them! Huzzah! But also yikes! as how am I ever to begin my final year of academia?
The screening was just fab, met some Glasgow area browncoats, and was offered brownies and champagne! Heheee! Yum.

In vaguely related news; have moved into my flat but am still without internet connection... so it's computer labs or nothing for the next week or so.

Right have to run off and advise and matriculate and all that jazz, and then frazzle my brain some more as I read through the comics.

Good job, NOSkillz, that's the spirit!

My mother was stationed on Guam before she had to retire (due to being pregnant with me) and she used to work the night shift. She said that she worked with 4 men and they would't let her do anything, on account of her being pregnant, so she mostly just stayed up all night playing around. Too bad she didn't have the internet back then...
