Movie discussion plea

I mentioned this is another thread, but thought it bears repeating on it's own.

We're all excited about the BDM opening this week, and I know we all want to talk about it as soon as we're back from the theater (hey it has to close sometime, they don't have round the clock viewings, I checked

). Just please remember the film is not opening world-wide on the 30th; there are a lot of fans who will not get a chance to see it until the second week of October or later. And no matter how much they want to, some folks here in the US just will not be able to get to the movie that first weekend.

So my plea, is to leave the spoilery movie stuff in the spoiler area for a few weeks even after it opens, just so folks can feel reasonably safe in other areas of the forum.

I'm from the UK and whilst I agree with you that people shouldn't spoil us guys in Europe and outside the UK not everyone will see this plea and I'm afraid to say probably not everyone will listen to it.

I think your best bet is to stay off the boards for a few weeks, perhaps just visiting Whedonesque which is heavily moderated to catch up on the news.

Serenity is really best remaining unspoiled for, I know I'd give up the board for a few months just to see it how it was meant to be seen.
