First off, apologies if this has already been posted (haven't seen a list before). This from r2-dvd.org:

A nice kid-friendly intro by Joss though, so I can let my little sister watch that but not the movie :D

I can't say without having seen them. Often deleted scenes are deleted for a good reason, like they ruin the flow of the movie or they take up time without any real content.

Might be a few good one-liners in there though :)
