We've all been working hard to prove to Universal, via our audience numbers, that "Serenity" is a profitable enough property to warrant a sequel. In addition to the sequel, I would like to see the talent escalate to stardom - they certainly deserve it. Besides, if numbers start proving that Nathan Fillion or Summer Glau can pull in an audience as well as, say, Jodie Foster (and in time, they certainly will. Many people are speculating that Nathan's the next Harrison Ford, and they're right to speculate such,) then a sequel would be a no-brainer.

So that said, here are a few projects to keep a look-out for:

"Slither" - a horror movie starring Nathan Fillion. In theatres on March 31, 2006.

"Soccer Moms" - a made-for-TV movie with Gina Torres

"Rx" and "I, Robot" - both star Alan Tudyk. The former is not in wide release, so may be tougher to come by, but keep an eye out for it.

"Rodger Dodger," "Way Off Broadway," and "Perfume" - Morena Baccarin's pre-"Firefly" works

Adam Baldwin's bio is impressive ("My Bodyguard," "Ordinary People," and "Full Metal Jacket" are a few of my faves, but be certain to catch "The Poseidon Adventure"

"Widow on the Hill" - a made-for-TV movie with Jewel Staite that is available on DVD

"Living 'til the End" - a movie with Sean Maher that will be released on Ocober 21.

"Sleepover" - a movie with Summer Glau that is available on DVD and VHS

Check out some Ron Glass's work in "Barney Miller," which is available on DVD

Oh, and yeah, be sure to keep an eye out for "Goners" and "Wonder Woman" made by some Josh guy who had something to do with all this.

Alan also had a fairly large role (and a funny German accent) in '28 Days'

and Nathan Fillion's 'Two Men a Girl and a Pizza Place' can still be seen in reruns....

and anyone else watch Sean in 'Ghost Whisperer' the other night? The show was lame, but he was wonderful
