To join Team Random, usually there is an initiation of some kind, you just have to wait for one ofus to think one up

Evilbunnies... you think you get to answer questions? Oh no, you don't join team random that easily, that is why we are an elite club (without the elite and with the insane, *Aside -has anybody actually counted? There must have been at least 20 initiations...).

Initiations involve writing poetry, hijacking threads, posting pictures of creme eggs. Anything anyone can think of really. Still want one?

Of course, this being random you can randomly pop in and shout something, plenty of folks do.

Ok randomites

dare i say it, but its nearly christmas

So what do you recon to a Team Random christmas get together, Ive spoken to a couple of people and they are all up for it.

It will be in London, most likely somewhere like Chiquitos, great place, great food and most important, many cocktails.

I just need to know what dates are good for you guys, obviously after the con is a must.

And places to sleep are offered if limited at Chez Crayola

Or the other Idea is that we have a nice chiquitos here in watford, a date of the 17th December has been suggested, and central london that close to xmas, kinda scares me. so yes another choice would be to have it here in watford. we have a warner cinema next door too if we fancied a film too.

OMG is xmas nearly here

This sounds like a damn fine idea Car, i'm def up for it, have a free weekend then too which atm is a miracle. I'd prefer it in Watford, mucho convenient, everyone can park at yours, and i can drink many many cocktails. I think yours is more central too innit? So we could all go from yours via minicab convoy... Gotta be better and way cheaper too, London at any time scares li'l country bumpkin that i am, let alone at Xmas...and cabs there would be like a mini fortune.

Just my opinion but i'm up for this in Watford...how i'd get to London i don't know...

So, Smaug, if you would like to be an official member of Team Random (who wouldn't) than please, for your initiation, compose a riddle that has a Firefly/Serenity based answer.

Post the riddle sans answer on three random threads, allowing people in those threads the opportunity to guess the answer.

THEN, please post links to the threads so we can see, too. Also, if you post the riddle here, we might want to try to guess.

Oh, and make sure you eventually give us the answer. But let us guess first!

I waited all day for an engineer to show up to fix our Big Important Program computer and they never did. Delays, or the engineer was in an accident, or something. In the meantime the whole organisation can't do a gorram thing.

And electrical problems in the server room mean the other servers are iffy... but the company that deals with fixing that has only one electrician and he suddenly went into hospital today.
