Final BDM Big Screen Showing in Mass...

Some of my Browncoat friends and I will be rendezvousing at the last theater in this area that's still showing the BDM, for its final first-run showing tomorrow. A sad but fond farewell until DVD-day.

Any New England area flans are more than welcome to join us!

It's a 9:30PM showing on Thursday, 11/10/05, at the Solomon Pond Mall Regal 15. It's an excellent theater -- very comfortable stadium seating with top-notch picture and sound. It's easy to get to (unlike certain parts of Mr. Universe's pad) -- it's located west of Boston in Marlboro, behind the Solomon Pond Mall, off I-290 very close to the junction with I-495.

Hope you can all make it out to say "au revoir" to our Big Damn Heroes. If you do, stop and say hi -- I'll be wearing a button with the Serenity logo and "New England Browncoats" (though some of my friends may be wearing them too!)

ahhh!! I'd love to see the BDM one more time, but it's a 2 hour drive and I need to be up wicked early tomorrow.

I've been lurking on the site for a while, and not seen signs of New Englanders. I'm glad to hear you're out there. I feel less alone in the scary Black ...

Sorry you can't make it, M4P.

News update: the BDM is staying another week at a theater in Willimantic, CT (Movieplex). Not sure whether that's a first-run screen or not; it's been there at least a couple weeks already.

Also, it starts tomorrow (Friday 11/11) at a second-run theater in Quincy, MA (Flagship Cinema). Probably a 1-week run.

We're holding... kinda.
