Question on the comics

I recently got my hands on all nine covers of the comics from earlier this year. I noticed something strange in the issue #2's, though - *all* of them have the proper outside cover, but the inside covers are all from #3. Everything else is right. It's pretty obviously a misprint, but is it a universal misprint?? e.g. Does everyone else's #2 comics have a #3 inside cover?
