Yesterday I lent out my box set along with the BDM...I'm currently on break between semesters and those DVDs were my only salvation from going insane. I remember how it happened too... My friend was over here and grabbed the box set looking at me. I knew what he was askin and the convo went more or less like this:

Me: Oh...you wanna borrow the whole thing?
Him: Yeah I wanna watch it all..
Me: Oh...(pause)...you wanna leave me one?
Him: Leave you one?
Me: yeah so I have somethin to watch leave me a DVD...
Him: Well how 'bout disk four...you can watch that...
Me: well I just watched disk four today I was kinda wantin to watch disk 3...
Him: Well I'll get to disk 3 by tomorrow...
Me: Then I'll hang on to Serenity...
Him: c'mon man just let me take it

I finally relented for the sheer fact that every browncoat counts and if he likes it enough (he will) he'll go out and buy his own. At any rate I have nothin to do...help!

there's only one thing for it.. go buy another copy of Serenity.. then you can "give" the one you lent to your friend, and forestall your own withdrawal.. (been there. it ain't pretty)

and of course you add to the sales.. its shiny shiny so its all good..

just a suggestion.

Ok....heres what I've done. I burned my copy to my computer. Every episode. I can watch them anytime I want on 21" LCD and still lend my set out. Then I converted the files to PSPformat, I Transfered the compressed files to a 1gig memory card and can watch it on my PSP WHERE EVER I GO!!!! How rad is that. And with the BDM on UMD I can have the whole shebang in my pocket.

WOOOOW!!! I just got back with my shiny new copy of the BDM so I go to pop it in...what's sitting right there? my old copy...he left it he just took the series and left the BDM haha oh well I guess that's another 20 bucks to the cause.

Start at the very beginning and when you are done you should have your stuff back
