Saw it at Wal-Mart in Charlotte, NC. Don't know if it's the same everywhere. Thought you'd like to know.

It's the same here in Tri-Cities, TN.

If I wasn't so broke from buying copies of Serenity, I probably would of got a set.

Awesome! Now I can buy one for a friend. He's really getting into Firefly. I'm trying to convert him from Star Wars

Mal would kick Han Solo's ass.

LOL. Yeah, I (finally) picked that up that last night at my local Wally World.
It also got me thinking. The display at the store had most of these sets with a few notable holes. I'm hoping those holes were Firefly sets.

Hey, I'm in Charlotte. Which Wal-mart? Everytime I've been they didn't have it. Maybe the Serenity sales spoke to their pocketbook? But anyway. So, which one was it, or is it all of them?

It's all of them. I just went to the one in the Arboretum in South Charlotte, and they already sold out. But it may still be in stock in another one and it is also available online for the same price (but you have to pay shipping).

If there is any Canadian fans of Firefly who wish to get the box set at a great price, Futureshop.ca is having also the best price around for the set at 29.99$ while it's 49.99$ everywhere else

May have been the losing side. Still not convinced it was the wrong one.

I will have to check the local Wal Mart to see if they have been marked down. If not, I'll buy it online.

$19.86 is a great price. It will make great gifts & I can always use an extra loaner set.

I work at a Wal-Mart in Topeka, Kansas. I checked out the display with the Firefly DVDs on Tuesday, and sadly they were all still there. Yesterday, one or two of em were gone. That made me happy.

Today, I looked again, and (Good Gravy!) they were all gone. I figure either a rich Browncoat bought em all (I wish I could afford to), or, hopefully, six different people saw em and snatched em up.
