eeee this one's tough...I'm gonna have to go with Team 1 I say this simply because Batman is in it and he can beat superman....and superman is the be all end all of...life so yeah I'm gonna say that. Plus I'm sure that tucan sam and Ronnie have some crazy stuff to pull out. Ronnie can forcefeed the other team some double cheeseburgers and give them heart attacks...but you can't count Santa out either...I mean he has all kinda weapons in that bag (as seen in Chronicals of Narnia...which reminds me if they all needed weapons why didn't Santa give 'em some guns as opposed to swords...I donno just seemed to be more practical to me) so yeah Santa can bust out a bazooka and arm the other two and just own house but somethin tells me Tony the tiger has mafia ties so I think he'd call in some boys to break a few kneecaps...the cap'n must have some type of experience rapin and pillagin and the like so I'm guessin he'll try to stick a plank up someone's ass but in the end I think batman will be the deciding factor...it is close though. Anyway yeah that's what I think...

No question it would be team 2.

Captain Crunch has his own ship complete with a cannon. And who knows? He may have a whole freaking armada. He could attack by sea.

Tony the Tiger is a tiger. So he would definitely maul the Toucan. And Ronald for that matter. He's grrrreeat! He would attack by land.

Santa is fat so he could, like, sit on people. You also have to take into account the fact that he commands legions of elves. And he has the magic of Christmas on his side. With his reindeer he would attack by air.

We have a three pointed attack. Santa, Tony, and the Captain win!
