I'm throwing out a feeler here.

How many people would be interested in attending a major scifi convention in Long Island, New York -specifically the I-Con of Stony Brook- if the cast of Firefly were guests? If so, what kind of activities involving the cast would you most like to see? And what would be the absolute ceiling in terms of price would you pay?

pictures and autographs, i'd pay a couple hundred for just that, maybe a flat like 30 to get in, the pictures and autographs could be extra.

I'd be there as long as the cost was comparable to the Big Damned Flanvention, proportional to the number of BDHs who were attending.

(FYI, BDF had all the actors except Gina. The cost for the weekend, including Q&A sessions and one autograph from each actor was about $240, i.e. $30/actor. Photo ops ranged from $40-50 for individual actors, higher for special combos. Special events like the banquet and cocktail party were extra.)

Ain't about you, Jayne. It's about what they need.

Thanks for the breakdown DONCOAT. If we can have something half as good as the Flan happen at I-Con, then we would have something indeed ;)
