Firefly'esq Game Projects?

I was wondering if any games set in the firefly universe, or using the same type of theme (scifi/western) are beeing developed by any one.

DEMENTEDYAM

i've been sorta vaguely considering making one (i'm a first year CS major at IIT. I know enough java to do something as complicated as my attention span/patience will allow)

look in the other firefly game thread (not too old: i just joined the other day) and look at my post (the last one, or something close) to see what I had in mind.

any particular reason for asking?

I posted this in the other game-ish thread. But if you want to play Firefly-esque missions in a galaxy free to run around in. Try Freelancer with the Firefly mod or the Galaxy mod.
