I went online to Amazon a few days ago and found their dvd rankings for the whole year. Firefly was either number 5, or maybe 6, I forget. I know someone had posted the ranking earlier when Firefly was 15th. This seems to me one hell of an accomplishment. In 2004 it was 61st and the same in 2003. I don't know what that means in terms of sales though, because I don't know how many people buy dvds that way.

I've been unable to find the 2005 rankings recently though. Does anybody know how to find them?

Firefly DVD - 4th!

Since it is now 2006 I assume that it is now the final chart for the whole of 2005. Firefly is ahead of some big films like Batman Begins, March of the Penguins and Sin City. Fox must be making millions on it - I hope the executives notice.

Serenity creeps onto the first page of the chart at 19th - probably because it was only just released before the end of the year.
