I dunno if anyone's asked/answered this before so, forgive me if it's been done but... okay... the following is from Loni Peristere's interview on Sci-Fi Wire:

In the meantime, fans of both show and movie can enjoy the DVD's various extras, which include an Easter egg: a featurette about the making of the Fruity Oaty Bar commercial that appears in the film. "In the main menu, if you play around with the buttons you'll find a featurette of the Fruity Oaty Bar," Peristere revealed. (From the main menu highlight "play," then press left, which will highlight a marker on the right side of the menu; press enter to see the featurette.) "It's all a lot of fun," he said.

So... I've been trying to do this, as instructed by Sci-Fi Wire and all my DVD player will give me is the skull-n-crossbones letter-"X." What's the deal, does anybody know why it won't work on my machine, or is Sci-Fi Wire innacurate?

Also, if this IS a valid easter egg (& just won't work on my machine), are there others anyone knows about?

I've seen this Easter egg. It's there. Just go to play, and press left. The side bar should light up and then you press play to watch! Don't burst your blouse in the process!
