You guys remember in one of the Out of Gas flashbacks considering the Wash interview, Mal says,"Tanaka raves about this guy..". Could just be a little cooincidence, but in the unaired, unproduced episode "Dead or Alive", there's the Alliance Commander Tanaka. Now this is all assuming Mal did say "Tanaka" and not "Vanaka" or "Binaca". Just thought I'd share this insight with you all. Gotta keep findin new stuff to talk about until the DVD's and movie come about.

The official 'Out of Gas' script says "Tanaka". Tanaka isn't the only name that appears twice on two different people in the FF universe.
