It may not help our cause towards the return of Firefly but it would make me smile a little more if we all sent one or two messages a week, for the rest of forever, to that wacko Gail Berman at GailB@fox.com letting her know how much we hate her for pulling the plug on our most beloved show. If she gets enough from us, there might be some actual consideration in her head next time a good show makes it onto FOX and she starts thinking that it needs less brains and more beaches.

If anyone has Rupert Murdoch's address we can send some to him telling him our feelings on the direction of the new and crappy FOX channel.

Spoken like a true Valkyrie. There is only one problem. There was a guy who sent thousands of e-mails to fox telling them how much they suck for cancelling NASCAR in favor of [something that wasn't NASCAR]. He sent so many e-mails that it jammed up and crashed their entire system for days. In the end, they brought him up on criminal charges. Willful destruction of property? Malicious mischief? I dunno what, but he is waiting for his arraignment now. I think I would like to be off that list. Besides, it may bring negative publicity to the Browncoat cause. I like the way you think, though. When I was younger I may have responded, "Been there, done that."

As a side note, when everyone at work heard what had happened, they all ribbed and teased me asking why I wasn't in jail for crashing fox's system.

Ah, but I wasn't saying everybody send thousands of e-mails a day, just everybody send one or two a week. That way we are not willfully doing anything to corrupt their network, i.e. not illegal. We are just willfully trying to get them/her to see the error of their ways so maybe next time something great and wonderful (Firefly II) comes to FOX it won't get the ax just as everybody falls in love with it.
