I posted a comment in My Firefly saying I had just watched the whole series for the first time in the last week, and oldfogey posted a note with a great comment about this site being "like a support group".

In some ways it does feel like that.

I can't remember being quite so effected by a TV series before, despite there being a few that I really love and follow, such as Doctor Who and galactica.

I completely understand, I'm almost always on here, and I've met some awesome people, people I would never have met without FF.
If I ever meet Joss I'm going to be unable to do anything but hug him for gifting us with this.
