May have been the losing side. Still not convinced it was the wrong one.

AMITON
Quote:The new Amityville Horror? Big disappointment. Although, I look at that in a different perspective since I know a bit about it. I was expecting it to be based on Jay Anson's novel (since the cast and crew argued that it was), and having read that there was just so much that the writer(s) added to it that it was almost a completely different story. Can you tell I'm bitter? ;) -Meg

Remember he's got this like, really big part in Firefly? I think it would be a sign of good faith to say the least if we could at least go see his other movies. Unless y'all just want him to, you know, ride off into the sunset before he even turns 40.

He changed his story in the last five or so years from "the devil made me to it" to "my sister killed everyone, and then I killed her when I came home" by the way.

Unless y'all just want him to, you know, ride off into the sunset before he even turns 40. I'm not going to see Slither. Does that make me a bad person? No. I'm not going to pay to see a movie that doesn't appeal to me. I don't even get out to see most of the movies that DO appeal to me. And about the movie adaptations. Yes, that's true. I shouldn't have expected anything different really. The only movies from books that I like are the Harry Potters...and they're missing a great deal from what's in the book. Not much added, though. -Meg
