Summer Glau is coming to Australia!

That's right people! Lucas Harper is a happy Lucas!

Summer Glau will be appearing in my hometown of Brisbane at my fave con, Supanova, in April!

I am beyond thrilled.

I wanted to ask those who have met Summer before, what is she like?

I will have the opportunity to meet her and get an autograph and pose for a photo with her.

Is she easy to talk to and stuff? Is she alright about having her pic taken with fans?

She will be my first Joss verse star, let alone Firefly/Serenity star, that i have met so I wanted to gauge how it might be.

I write fanfic. It's what I do.

I'm Jealous! I've never met Summer, but from the posts I've read from the people who have, she's the sweetist human ever. She's very easy to talk to, and she's very comfortable with getting pics with her fans.

If you check out Summer's official website there is a video I shot of her meeting fans at an event called Collectormania in England. I think that will answer all your questions about meeting Summer! She loves her fans and is the easiest person to talk to. All you need to do is go to http://www.summerglau.co.uk and scroll down the front page until you find the relevant heading about the video. Oh... I'm so jealous. I wish I could afford to spring a plane ticket and then a ticket to Supanova just to see her.

But I'm already spending a small fortune to meet Jewel Staite in Sydney in May. (OMG SQUEEEE, I'm meeting Jewel Staite on my birthday!)

We can just agree to be jealous of each other.
