I came home from work yesterday and my two-year-old daughter ran up to the door. She said she was so excited because of my "balentime's" present and that I needed to open it. my wife told me that she picked it out all on her own, with ablsolutely no prompting. Said when she asked my daughter what daddy should get she responded firmly with the gif she had in hand. I opened it up and, lo and behold, much to my amusement, it was a nice package of plastic dinosaurs. I'm not paritularly a dinosaur guy, but that's what she wated to get her dad. All I could think about was Wash and his dinos. How's that for a little Firefly to brighten your day?

I choose to take it as a sign. This gift of dinosaurs and all the rumors about the CW network and Serenifly. We're on our way back. I have no evidence of this, that's why it's called faith.

Just to round things out, my wife got me a piece of the only nother thing I love as much as Firefly. She got me another autographed U2 album. I'm only lacking three now. Pretty cool. There you go, now you know all about my Valentine's Day. Because I know you were all wondering.
