Naw, that's ok, OldFogey, he is OUR Nathan, all of us who admire him so. I truly do want the man to succeed and be happy and do well in all his endeavors. He's sure made me a happy camper just by being... there... to look at

but also to admire because he sells me on every part he plays ( I just happen to like Mal the best). I feel real emotion when I see him playing a part. Like you say, I forget he's Nathan and buy into who he is onscreen. Not many actors can do that, and all the other ones I can name are Academy Award winners. I believe Nathan has the ability to join their company.

The Appreciatin' Nathan thread that is current and not archived ( that one is so much fun to go read though!) was started by fillionflan and added to by so many of us over on the SerenityMovie.org Browncoat Board, the one run by gossi. I know everyone over there would love it if folks from over here joined us over there occasionally for appreciatin'. Here's the link:

By the time you read this I'll be gone, continuing off topic, I have to take my hubby for surgery today, but I'll be back this afternoon and when everything is quiet I'll post more about the Outer Limits ep.

To post over there you have to be logged in, did you get an account? I don't think you can post as a guest. Anyway, if you have an account ( it's free) you go down to the bottom of the post you want to respond to and on the right is an icon that says "repond to this 'coat" I think and just click and it makes a box and off you go. I still can't post, guess I will have to scroll thru the help or some such, I clicked on the "Quote this Coat" icon and...nothing. And I failed miserably to get myself an avatar. I like this board much better. Easier to use. I am a computer geek and all but sheesh!

Anyhow. If you would kindly reply to Khei's post about not being able to get the Serenity comic, and have her email her address to me at chrysofar@gmail.com, I would be delighted to send one in her direction next Friday when the comic shop gets more in. :) I feel inspired by our Captain who is willing to get *groped* to meet us fer cryin' out loud and I figure, it's the least I can do.
